2025 Inter-High School Environmental Summit
Cultivating a New Generation of Environmental Stewards
October 2025 • Monrovia, Liberia • Empowering Youth for Climate Resilience
The 2025 Summit gathered student leaders from across Liberia for a transformative three-day intensive focused on ecological literacy and conservation strategy. This initiative serves as IFEP's flagship program for mobilizing high school students to become active participants in protecting Liberia's diverse and vital ecosystems.
- Student Ambassadors: Training 50 dedicated advocates to lead long-term environmental awareness initiatives within their respective schools.
- Hands-on Learning: Engaging workshops covering essential topics such as sustainable waste management, biodiversity preservation, and plastic pollution mitigation.
- Community Dissemination: Strategic sessions empowering youth to share acquired knowledge and action plans with local stakeholders and community leaders.
